Virtual Tire Manager
In this module of catalog of tires will take control of all the tires of the company, whether they are mounted in the units, or in the warehouse.
The user can indicate the identification data of each tire, the general condition of the tire, and classify it (used, new, reserve, etc.). You can indicate the storage section (if applicable.), The initial tire information (make, model, drawing depth, etc.). It is also possible to indicate the purchase cost, the distributor and the guarantee. You can even attach a picture of the tire.
Assembly and disassembly module.
This module allows you to indicate to the system, the location of the tires for each unit. You can always know in which vehicle they are, in which axis, and if it is on the right or left side.
Thus, the user will always be able to detect, when a tire has been moved from its position, either due to the need to do so, or due to mishandling (theft). It is possible in this way to detect leaks of resources in the company.
This module was designed with a check on the condition of each tire. It allows to measure the depth of the footprint or drawing and the general state of it.
Renewal Module, Change of Position.
To keep a record of the maintenance that is done to the tires with their respective costs. The amounts specified here will be reflected in the Accounts Payable Module of the Administration Group.
This module, emits a single report whose name is Order of Service to Tires. The user can register the change of position (or also known by rotation of tires) of the tires in each vehicle, every time an operation is performed.
